Story

Eddie's Woodfire BBQ provides authentic Southern Style cooking on an outside wood smoker. We have daily meats such as pulled pork, beef brisket, chicken, hot links, and german links, but we also cater adn cook custom orders of prime rib, salmon, turkey, hams, etc. Our specialty is cooking on a smoker. It isn't just about barbeque sauce.

Mmmmm!!! Love love love their brisket! All their meats are excellent and coleslaw is typically delicious. I only gave 4 stars because their side dishes really need some help. Decent prices though and service is great. We usually pick up since the restaurant is on the cozy small side, but service was great when we've eaten there too. Support local business 😉

This place serves the BEST barbecue you will find outside of Texas. The brisket is always fork-tender with just the right amount of crispy edge for flavor. The mac-n-cheese and barbecue beans are amazing. And the Texas sweet tea!  Oh!  You can't go wrong ordering anything on the menu here.

Fall apart tender brisket. Tangy, delicious sauces in three heat brackets. Great baked beans. Pulled pork also excellent.

I was desperate to find good food for our hungry robotics team that was competing at a local high school last weekend.  These kids and mentors have worked so hard and are exhausted.  They are also pretty tired of the same old, same old pizza routine.  I was driving by and saw the sign in the window that they do catering.  I was concerned that it would be out of reach financially but I figured I owed it to our team to try and get them something yummy and different.

I called and Carol was so super helpful and sounded as excited to feed these hungry people as I was!  The food was unbelievably delicious!!!  Feeding 45 people that much food can't be easy but it was moist, tender and so full of that great smokey, melt in your mouth flavor that we all crave when we think of great barbecue!  The price was very reasonable for the quality and amount of food we were able to feed those hungry people.  Not only that, but now I'm a rock star in these kids eyes! 

I can't say enough great things about J&L Barbecue in Snohomish.  We will definitely be back!!!

Had pulled pork sandwich and Mac and cheese was really good pork had great Smokey flavor and friendly cook and waiter
