Just a heads up to you all. This is my sidewalk after less than 1 year. Another "great job" done by JB General CONTRATING of Queens, NY. His (Joe) excuse was " it's the salt from the salt spreaders of the NY Sanitation. I guess that's my fault for subpar material or workmanship. Either way don't waste your time using him.

I've called 3 times for an estimate for kitchen cabinets. Not 1 person from this company has bothered to call me back or even acknowledge that they've received my messages. How unprofessional. Your secretary states that you've just been so busy. Busy ignoring potential new customers. Thank you for absolutely nothing.

I found J B General Contracting on Angie's List.  I was looking for a mason to change out my front porch.  J B General Contracting was one of the top 3 on that site that I met to get estimates and evaluate.  After meeting all 3 and evaluating estimates and experience to that point, I made the choice to go with Joe and his teams at JB General Contracting.  Right choice!  His teams follow Joe's lead in professionalism and goal to maintain the highest level of service and quality.  I think it was a challenging job on an old house because I had one mason not even quote it in that top 3 that were on Angies list.  They did their work quickly, cleanly and left behind only a beautiful front porch all at a fair price.  thanks joe.  See you in the spring to evaluate the rest of my mason to do list.
