I was looking for some authentic dimensional lumber for my old farmhouse repairs and Googled "saw mills" in my local area...what a find. I spoke with Roger on the phone, excellent customer service and support. When I arrived Josh the owner was tremendously helpful and informative. I highly recommend them for any of your custom lumber needs, firewood, etc...they offer quality product, great pricing, and exceptional customer service and support.

I ordered Firewood from JB Sawmill, they gave me a call before delivery and came on time. The truck did get stuck in my backyard and caused me a serious headache. I have to say even though it was really damaged the owner called me back had loam delivered. I was able to fix the backyard with the loam and repair some other damages. They then followed up with a phone call to make sure everything worked out and held my check until they knew the situation was corrected. I was very impressed with how they worked to fix the issue and put the customer (me) first. The wood is of very good quality and because of there customer service and pleasant owner I would be happy to recommend them and order firewood next year (except this time they will dump it in my driveway!).

Top notch customer service, great products. I order my firewood here and have been very pleased! Amy is always friendly and helpful. They don't take credit cards so if you go there to pick up and item you want to bring a check!
