This is the 2nd complete roof I've had done. A rental house and my own home. Timely response back to get my quote, and on the schedule. Answered my questions through the process and showed me pictures of any suspect areas. Thorough with cleaning up after work was completed. Highly recommend J&B West.

I am so glad that I chose J & B Roofing. Everyone from the first contact thru the final was helpful and made me feel like a person not just a job . The crew was very professional and really showed they cared not only about job but me too. They made sure every piece of debris was cleaned up .I recommend J & B Roofing 100%

We had an ice dam over the kitchen last Saturday. Called J & B and a crew was sent out to survey the problem. They returned yesterday to remove the ice. Carlos was very upfront and honest with us. He originally quoted the job to be 1 hour. Brought the check back in 30 minutes and said it didn’t take as long as he thought, so only paid for 30 minutes. He crawled on the roof and took pictures to show us what he would do, and then pictures after he completed the job.. Very pleased with the honesty and professionalism.

J & B West was great to work with! Will met with us twice to discuss details, options and pricing and was professional and helpful. J & B worked directly with our insurance which made the process a breeze for us. They completed our roof in one business day and cleaned everything up as if they weren't even here. Everyone that we have worked with in the office regarding invoicing have been very helpful and accommodating as well. 5 stars all around!

The job was completed on time and looks great! I dealt with Jeanna, Will and Nick all of them were very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Jeanna was able to move things along with the gutter install, which was done after the roof completion. No one wants to spend money on a new roof, but J and B West employee's made me feel like it was money well spent! Also there is a very nice lady who answers the phones :)
