So, just to state- I NEVER do reviews as I have very little free time and  believe that good customer service should be expected in any retail establishment. JC Cleaners has gone ABOVE and beyond the two times I've used them. The first time I went in, I needed a gown and a suit dry cleaned. They were nice, reasonably priced, and super quick! The most recent time, I needed a gown steamed for a formal wedding and forgot about it until the evening before. I called only a few minutes before they closed (I figured since it was so close to closing they might not answer) and the gentleman that answered helped soothe my nerves and assured me that if I was able to drop the dress off by 9:30 am the following morning, that I could pick it up early afternoon. I ended up having to send my boyfriend down to pick up and he was also amazed with the level of customer service. The same gentleman helped my boyfriend carry the gown to the car and even showed him how to lay it so it wouldn't wrinkle. I will only be going here for any cleaning/repair/etc needs and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Since I moved here from Western Massachusetts in 1996, I came here and have had all my Dry Cleaning done, I highly recommend the great service this buisness provides.
