Poor customer service, always fail to follow instructions in person and via door dash. For better food and service, JC Terkiyaki Ewing location is the way to go.
This is one of the few places left in my opinion that makes good consistent soul food. I’ve been eating here for a little bit over five years now. My favorite dish is the turkey wings with rice gravy and collard greens! They also have ribs pork chops anything you could imagine. Service is semi-slow but the food is definitely high-quality for the price.
I had a craving for what is locally called "Soul Food" and visited one of my favorite new spots unfortunately they were closed...#moreonthatlater After running a few locations through my mind I settled on JC Fish Market. I haven't been to this location in several years. At one time it was a go to spot. Basically the same decor with upgrades such as a TV/Monitor and digital graphics featuring actual meals. The menu colors work for this JC location. Family owned and operated. Located a short distance from the Grounds For Sculpture in a uniquely designed strip center. This strip center has several restaurants worth checking out, #moreonthatlater The late lunch/dinner/snack meal would feed 3 people multiple times. I choose the fried whiting dinner with 2 sides, mac and cheese and green beans. And 4 pc fried chicken. 10 mins later my <$20 meal was packed and off I went. Neither a "homerun or a strikeout" meal.
Great food, order is always 100%, good prices. Have ordered at least 5 times. Highly recommend!
I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. It’s really scary for me to eat out where they cook a lot of seafood. I am severely allergic. So I worry a lot about cross contamination. I was assured that they are very alert about allergies. I ordered 3 fried whiting fish 2 fried chicken wings coleslaw and french fries. The fish was perfectly cook and the wings were very flavorful. I liked the coleslaw a lot. But they failed to me, the french fries. The fries were not crispy they were on the soggy side were not hot either. I can tell they just threw in frozen fries and did not cook it long enough. And you can’t go onto the store at all. The man will be at the door to give you your food. Call ahead of time. Because if you don’t you will be waiting outside for your food.
This is my 3rd time having their food and I’m never ever disappointed! Thank you for great quality and consistently providing great service!
Really large portions and the food was good initially. Sadly as leftovers now nearly as good which made the large portion kind of a waste.
Pretty good food and great prices for what you get. I had the Fried whiting with collards and Mac& cheese. Will be going back.
Very rude immigrants working here , I asked for a menu , cool , then i came back to the window to order not even 5 min later and said we’re not taking orders at 8:45 , it says they dont close till 10 , i said well yall dont close till 10 can i just get a side & he proceeded to walk away talking in spanish
