Very pleased with the service and results received.  Have used JCPenney styling salon several times and my 7 year old  daughter loves it.  Today I had my hair and my son's haircut by Page and it was perfect and quick.  I would highly recommend to anyone.

Lesson learned - took my daughter in here to get a simple trim. I wanted to cut a good bit of length off my 9yr old daughters hair because it was getting hard to manage. It was down to her lower back. I asked them to cut it about 2 inches BELOW her shoulders. It's shoulder length!!! 

BUT To top that it's also about 1 1/2 inches shorter than the rest of the hair on the entire right front section !! I'll try to upload a picture later but it's awful! My daughter cried all night .. i don't know how you get a simple trim wrong. I cut my daughters hair in December and took about 2 inches off and I did a better job than this place and I've never went to any school!! Go somewhere else! Go to someone you know!!! I don't like to complain but felt the need to warn other people

Absolutely worst experience in a hair salon that I've ever had I asked for a red and blonde highlights and now my entire head is red with a tiny bit of blonde in it enough to make me look like I've got gray hair I'm very disappointed and very very upset Mo disappointed considering a show at the lady a picture of what I wanted and asked a few times during her doing my hair if she understood what I wanted of course she said that she did and by the time we got done my hair was a completely different color I will never go back to JC Penny's hair salon ever again
