The employee  whom is working today  Sunday 26 November 2017  is sooo rude because I just called to ask  if they had found some of my clothes in the dryer that i had forgotten yesterday her respond  was in a  monsters voice" I was not working yesterday come check your self. " i was dammn because i approach her in a nice and respectful morning flow.  😠😠😠😠😠😠

Very clean with numerous washing machines.

I have been there a few times and had no compalints. However, today one the washing machine was faster then usual and one of thw machines did not soap up and all of my clothes came out still dirty. Whem i addresses this to the self reportrd manager named "Chika" she said "as long as theres water thers nothing wrong with the machine" after some back and forth nothing came of it. To make matters worst the dryer was blowing cold air and I spent over $15 just drying. Chika the manager refused to give me the owners name and how I can contact him. She was rude and instead of marking the machine out of order she acted like an ignorant peraon who did not need to be "in charge" as she said. Never again will I go there. Needless to say I will be reporting this place to BBB.
