I would definitely recommend Attorney Char Hunter at JD Haas & Associates.  She is very knowledgeable about bankruptcy and financial law.  Even more important to me is that she treated me like a real person.  I wasn't just a file at JD Haas and Associates and everyone I worked with at the office treated me with respect at all stages of my case.

JD Haas and his team have assisted me with two major legal matters to date, and both times I have been extremely pleased with both their level of professionalism as well as, what shall I call it... tanacity. 

In one of those examples I had prior counsel that was less than stellar... you couldn't say they weren't doing their jobs, but it seemed the bare minimum necessary to not out and out fail. 

JD, Char Hunter, and Heather Zebott did a fantastic job of jumping in, getting caught up to speed, and ultimately representing me a short while later in court.

It's hard to find people who you can trust to do a good job, not simply because there's money behind it but because it's the right thing to do... They have all earned my loyalty as well as my future business.

I highly recommend Char Hunter, an attorney at JD Haas and Associates. She is not only an expert in matters of estate planning, but she is incredibly passionate about it - she likes probate! She is going to make sure her clients not only understand but feel completely comfortable.

JD and his staff have been great to work with.  They have helped me personally and our company.  It's refreshing to work with a law firm that has such high ethics.
