weeks ago went and looked through several books to find a piece for daughter n law for xmas. Betty and I went through 4 or 5 books before find the right one and she wrote the mod# and price on here card. After shopping around and measureing to make sure it would fit. Go there yesterday to order so we would get it before xmas and apparently betty give me the price as there cost. They would not honor the price she gave me because no date on the card and also betty lied and told her manager that I came in shopping during a tent sale. I will not be buying anymore furniture from them at all.

I called this place Shannon's my guy there gets me the furniture and décor from any company and does and amazing job. It is hard to find someone to bless both people in the family. He gets the den and the girls rooms. It is gorgeous. Ordering take a while but they do a great job and the furniture is great. Ben the delivery guy is so thoughtful and very personable and he works with you as much as possible. Enjoy the shop.

Horrible customer service!!! We spent over 6 grand there and it's been 5 months and we still haven't got our bed rails in... we called and called at twice a week and we keep getting the run around about the manufacturer is sending the peices.. they originally gave us the wrong one, and still installed anyway and left our home with out saying anything until we noticed a day later... and as i type this review we still haven't got our pieces in yet nor do they communicate with us about it.... sad to say I haven't enjoyed a good nights rest in my bed yet.... oh and on the sofa set we got from them, they gave us the wrong screw on leg(which they installed) and we called about that until 3 months later they sent us one..... I will never shop there again and I guarantee 4 out of 7 ppl have had complaints or problems with them.. this is not from a mad place either I'm just being COMPLETELY HONEST, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME FOLKS.... after the 30 days warranty they throw u to the wolves..... highly disappointed..... and I can verify all of this because I recorded every time my wife or I have talked to them for my records... they called us twice and we have called them 27 times in 4-5 month period... and still getting screwed over
