It's almost March 2018, and I have called numerous times to find out the status of my 2016 return.  I either don't receive a call back, or I'm told "we're working on it."  I don't know if it's been filed, I don't know if I owe anything, I don't know if I owe the CPA firm anything, I don't know whether penalties and interest have been assessed (which I will not pay because I gave the firm everything they needed a month before tax return was due).   I cannot recommend this firm.

It's always a pleasure getting our taxes done with John Luckey! He is so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend JJ Luckey!

This company deals in threats, harassment, bullying and intimidation.  They lost an auction bid on a foreclosure/investment and have done nothing but harass and attempt to extort money from the new owners since the purchase. Their way of doing business is borderline criminal.  A very spoiled, temperamental owner who threatens ppl with his vehicle, stalks, belittles, calls the police and tries to have ppl arrested and has meltdowns when he doesn't get his way.  Be very careful doing investments with this company.  Both father and son are extremely hostile and confrontational.

I've been a patron to Mr. Luckey's facilities for 5 years now, and I have had nothing but superior performance. His team is beyond knowledgeable, and always eager to help. I came to them at a time where my taxes were becoming overwhelming and I was unsure how to continue. And being a contractor, those 1099 forms get extremely complex, especially when you have children. I just didn't have the time or wherewithal to deal with my taxes on my own, and never though I would make that deadline! I have found the utmost confidence in J.J. Luckey & Company and can finally breathe a sigh of relief when February comes around, every year. Thanks guys, and keep up the great work!
