Coming from I-45 Southbound
1) Take exit 225 toward Angus
2) Take second right onto the roundabout and cross over the bridge to the other side
3) Make left onto feeder road (careful, it's a two-way)
4) Pass gas station on your left
5) Arrive at JJ's Cut Rate Beverages on your left after 1/2 mile

Coming from I-45 Northbound
1) Take exit 228B
2) Stay on feeder
3) Cross first stop sign
4) Turn left at second stop sign
5) Pass Toyota dealership on right
6) JJ's Cut Rate Beverages will be on the right 3 miles down
