I like about 25% of the product line. I think much of it is frumpy and the necklines too conservative. I also think their shipping charges are way too high. It's 14.00 just for two light weight sweaters. I contacted the corporate headquarters and they tell me the extra charges in the shipping totals include "special handling" of the items to insure they are cared for properly. I call BS. Save your money and go to the store itself and order the items. If you can't do that, wait for the rare "free shipping" promotions. Once I took a closer look at what they are gouging me for, I will be shopping here much less.
