One woman seemed friendly at first, the others seemed miserable.  We talked one person on the phone, yet when we went to the office she didn't meet us.  I just lost $35 in an application fee for them to give me keys to show MYSELF a house that they don't intend to fix if I moved into it.  Spouse called and left messages and we never received any phone calls.  I'm glad I only gave them $35.  Also they have too many fees for poorly managed houses.  I wish things were better there.

J&K has been an absolute pleasure to work with.  They are very clear and honest regarding their contracts.  Any questions you may have, they are happy to answer.  Their properties are clean, safe, and taken care of.  Treat both owners and tenants with respect.  I honestly wouldn't even consider working with another one of the companies in Great Falls besides J&K.

I have never felt so invaded. I never felt like the place we rented through them was home, felt more like a jail cell they owned. Highly unrecommended.

Working with the J and K team has been awesome.  They have handled every situation with my rental properties professionally and expeditiously.  Whenever I have a question/task their knowledgeable staff is always ready to help me out and give me real unbiased answers and do not over-exaggerate or give false hopes.
