First time here with my daughter. Stylist listened to my daughter's concerns and what she wanted. She felt like a princess! She was treated with respect and total professionalism.  (She is special needs). My daughter was so happy and extremely satisfied with her experience she was glowing! Thank you Jessica!! I have 2 more daughters and myself that will be needing services soon 😉 I think I have finally found a new place to go back to since relocating here from New Mexico.

I absolutely loved the service. Jessica was very nice and professional. Rosa did my hair and she is a phenomenal hairstylist!! Very pleased with the service. They are all very talented ladies!!

I have always had a hard time finding someone that can do my eyebrows the way I like them & she came through. I loved the way the came out & will come out again. Sylvana did a great job on my nails. My hair was beautiful. A place I will always go back to. Thank you girls for all the hard work you do to keep us looking good.

I went  with my daughter to get her hair done, botex treatment. I asked Jessica, hair dresser, several times if this treatment going to straighten my daughter's hair and she reassured me several times that this was the best treatment for my daughter's hair. We spent hours there. After 3 days, as she recommended, my daughter washed her hair and her hair was horrible. So I called Jessica immediately to book an appointment. When I went again, she was 2 hours late. She refused to redo my daughter's hair and she was very rude. She told me that the credit card machine won't allow her to refund my payment and I should dispute the transaction. I did and today I got a response from my bank saying that her response was " she did the service,  I was very happy and came back after a while and I refused to redo my daughter's hair when she offered so."ALL OF THESES ARE LIES. They are unprofessional and very RUDE!!!!!!!! It's a ripe off!! Don't go there

I love the vibe here: laid-back, professional, affordable and the owner delegates tasks while accommodating a brisk crowd. 1/2 the price of a Back Bay haircut without sacrificing quality.
