Amazing prices (on dog bones etc. Over 50% off stores like ones that rhyme with "getco") huge selection of fish and supplies. Plus a super kind, knowledgeable staff. So bummed I live in Lakewood, otherwise I would be shopping here for my dogs, cat and my fish, weekly!!!! Shop local!

It's a good store, with a lot of food and supplies and information about all the animals. The employees are friendly and knowledgable, the pets seem to always be in good condition if I go in there. I wish more of the pets for purchase were rescue animals however. I have seen cats from a rescue, which is nice. But there is an abundance of exotic pets out there in need of rescue from people who cannot care for them, and it would be a great thing for this shop to go for.

Huge selection of GOOD food for all types of critters. Very knowledgeable and helpful, friendly staff. Frequent buyer programs. Great place.

Great selection of fish, reptiles and other pets along with the supplies you need to care for them. They also carry many cat and dog food brands you won't find at the grocery store. There are High quality treats for your four-legged friends to enjoy on the shelf and at the counter where you can fill up a bag of treats yourself .

Honestly, never been this disgusted by a pet store in my life! The animals need attention, and need mesa county to come shut the store down. The staff is incredibly incredibly uneducated and act as if they were picked up off the street for the job. Customer service needs A LOT of work. I waited over a half hour without help and even longer to purchase what I came in for. The staff are remarkably rude, Mary, was well under educated on the care of the animals. She had no function other attributes to the store then wasting time and arguing with customers. Attitudes of the rest of the staff were biased, disrespectful and unarguably unacceptable. I wouldn't spend another second in this store if my life depended on it. I hope someone can help this monstrosity of a store, "Pet Professionals" or "Pet Abusers".
