I was impressed with the place overall!! Cleanest bathroom I've ever seen at a laundry mat! Would recommend this place to anyone.

I've only had to do laundry here twice, mainly as I was in the area visiting relatives. They are okay in a pinch, but the other laundry facility in my reviews, on South Cobb is much nicer. This laundry mat really needs some work!  I don't know if I just happened to be there on an 'off day' or what, but unfortunately, on both occasions, within several weeks apart, we found this to be one of the dirtiest laundry mats we ever been in. The bathroom was in very bad shape, with a rocky toilet, (an injury waiting to happen), the entire place seems to be in dire need of renovation, and the floors and trash cans seemed as if they've not been swept or emptied in weeks. Just a very dirty place. The AC never came on, in the middle of a hot day in June, truly unbearable in there. We sat in our car instead. The dryers just would NOT get our clothes dry, on our last trip there, and I lost several dollars in their machines there. I want to say however, that the young lady that works in the little quickie mart type store adjacent, (in the same little strip mall there, aka "Little Bear"), was an absolutely beautiful spirit. Such a bright ray of sunshine, ...such a sweet, caring, helpful person! I met her when I entered the store to ask for more change after the dryer 'ate' so many of my quarters! She could sense my obvious frustrations. It took me several hours to get laundry finished there, that usually took me half that time. She refunded me several dollars, without my even requesting it. Evidently, the facilities are all owned by the same people. Therefore, it would be very nice to have that pleasant experience in the mart carry over into the laundry mat. Just a little more effort in that other area would make a world of difference! Any renovations and cleaning needed over there, I would think would be a minimal expense well worth the cost to greatly improve your ratings and increase customer base  traffic and revenue for your laundry service! 

UPDATE: RETURNED TODAY ON 07/26/17, AND ONCE AGAIN, THE FILTHIEST LAUNDRY MAT I HAVE EVER STEPPED FOOT INTO!!! The Change dispenser wasn't working, so went next door for change. Lost over 4 bucks in dryers that just would NOT dry! I asked the owners for a refund and they looked at me like I was crazy! The woman there at the register at the Little Bear store next door, (they own both) stated no one else has ever complained and I must be overloading the dryer. I said No, I am not. She absolutely would not refund nor credit me and upset me to the point I just told her never mind forget it and I walked out. I said before I would never step foot in that place again, but I did, mainly because my relative frequents there very often and lives nearby. But now I truly will not give this business any more of my hard earned money! It's the principle of the thing! I spent $40 in there today, (it took me 3 hours to get my laundry done! It takes me twice as long and twice as much money, than any other mat!) I think asking for a 3 dollar credit is not a unreasonable request ! This company does not value it's customers at all! The place is disgusting , nasty, no improvement at all from my previous visits! The washers smell very badly , the aroma hit us when first walked in even. The bathroom was disgusting, the toilet still a hip fracture waiting to happen! We absolutely will never be back here!

My washer broke so I had to find a laundromat,and from reviews, I came here. Price was better than anyone else and was clean with working machines.

The best laundromat here in Dallas GA so far. I stopped going to Laundry Room Laundromat on merchants drive. Be Aware Don't go there. This Is The Best One. I never see the owner, but he always have great dryers and washers. Been going for a few months now and me and my husband has been satisfied. Keep up the good work J&M! A lot more space and cleaner..

Washers are disgusting owner is cheap and refuses to give a refund if you dont have enough for machines and machines do not return coins already put in
