absolutely horrible!! I have asked numerous times for a statement showing my original balance, my payments to date,and present balance due to no avail. I have given them all of my info and have not received a letter, an email, nor a phone call. How do I know how much I owe? How do I know they deducted my payments? How do I know when a payment is due?
