From South Carolina and this place was highly recommended. Very tight seating. Noisy.Staff were super nice. I had the Lobster Roll and it was “just ok” and nothing to brag about. The coleslaw was awesome. We got the shrimp appetizer and they were fresh and very tasty.

My husband and I love this place. The lobster salad plate is fabulous and no skimping on the lobster! We have tried many different food items, and they were all great. We usually sit at the bar, and we love chatting with Jeff.  You won't regret coming to JP's. I would bet on it!Food: 5/5

The best and biggest lobster rolls I've ever had. I have been in Marlborough 5 times for training for my wish and have eaten here at least a dozen times. Great food, great service great prices. Be advised they ONLY take CASH. They do have an ATM in the back though.Food: 5/5

Great little place with good portions and great prices!  I ordered the scallops and they were perfect, but way too much grease on the plate!  Other than that our waitress was great and place was packed!Food: 4/5

For a lil hole in the wall of a place the Food is very good, portions amazing, service is very fast considering they had 1 waitress on the floor, we were amazed! Definitely found my seafood place. Fresh, big portions,  great prices.

We've been going here sporadically for years now and this place never fails! Food is always delicious, service is consistently amazing and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. My husband's favorite dish is the buffalo chicken tenders. I do enjoy the fried chicken dinner...such a classic! JP's is definitely a hidden gem for sure - if you have the opportunity to go there or order take out, I highly recommend it!  Dietary restrictions: They take my and others allergies seriously.  Parking: Plenty of spots. Big plaza.  Kid-friendliness: Kids will definitely enjoy snacking on the popcorn and find something yummy to eat  Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level.

Great food, fast and friendly staff. Best seafood in Central Massachusetts hands down. My father is a commercial fisherman, I've had every kind of seafood you can imagine. This restaurant makes you feel like you are right on the water with their fine cooking!.  Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, perfect for wheelchairs ***

Requested a booth instead of hard chair seating for comfort due to injury. Restaurant was not busy. Except for the bar area, which was very loud and some people clearly over-served. Unfortunately they refused to allow seating requests for disabled parties of one to sit at a booth while I was waiting for family to arrive. Especially when there were plenty of booths available? yet bossy manager/waitress refused to accommodate. Said these are their "rules" and booths are reserved for more people. Sorry but that's ridiculous, and likely a violation of ADA "rules". Surprised it is a Cash Only restaurant however there is an ATM on premise. I was approached by a drunk patron from the bar when attempting to get CASH from their ATM.  A real townie type of place with rude waitresses, and heavily intoxicated bar crowd. I ended up eating with my family elsewhere.

Stopped in for a quick lunch while shopping,  was very impressed.  Atmosphere is cozy,  waitress was friendly.  Chicken parm was really good, lobster roll was stuffed and the Cole slaw was awesome.  Also had a salad, the house made Italian dressing is the best I've ever had

We stopped in for a quick lunch at JP's.  Portions are amazing!.  I ordered 2 sides, a dish of spaghetti and one meatball!!. JP's Restaurant takes "cash only". There is an ATM inside.  JP's is my go to restaurant when I'm in Westboro, MAFood: 5/5
