Terrible experience!! Went to address listed and they are no longer there. Called and got no answer but was showing as open. They called me back and they asked me how old my furnace was and when I said 1973 he literally started laughing at me. Then when I told him what I was trying to do he told me they don't help people over the phone but said what I was trying to do was totally impossible. I called Honeywell and I was able to buy a $25 AC power adapter and I have the impossible working perfect. This person was extremely rude and I would not recommend them to anyone.

We have used them for years and were very satisfied. I got another company to come and clean our system on a promotion. The very pleasant guy disabled the heaters and wanted $13,000 to replace them. JR Barto came and reassembled it and cleaned it for $500 and said that they could replace it for $4,500 but it wasn't necessary. They are trustworthy and do great work in my experience.

horrible experience with the vendor.  talked with Ross and was trying to get pricing for HVAC replacement.  We wanted a revision because we were able to get the HVAC units and he tells me to "F off and do it myself."  Thanks Ross!
