Came out, gave a price, agreed to payment terms and said he would be out with a proposal. When I called two days later to see when he would be out to write up the proposal he said he wouldn't be able to help me. its late in the season and had cash paying customers. If we bought the paint it would be easier. The terms agreed to had a price including the paint. Shady businessman. backs out of verbal agreements. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone ever.
