Would absolutely NOT recommend this place! HORRIBLE.

I called several places for quotes for my wedding dress and these people quoted me $70 for the dress and $10.95 for my husband's suit (see receipt photo), which I thought was a great deal so I picked them. The two women I met seemed nice in person, admired my dress and told me they would call me in a week. Nearly 2 weeks later, I called and they said they "lost" my phone number. They said they already cleaned the tux but would need $100 for the dress cleaning--$30 more than originally quoted and more than 2 other local places gave me for the same dress. I reminded them they agreed to $70, the lady said she'd speak to a manager and call me right back; she never did and I called back the following night. She offered me a $90 quote but agreed on $80, since the original quote was $70. Told me a week once again, but then the dress was not ready for another 3 days. Finally, I went to get it in person and she charged me $100 for the dress and $10 for the suit and would NOT back down, saying that's the price!! She did not have a manager around and said one is not available. She also refused to let me take the dress and suit unless I paid her $100 plus tax. I did not leave the dress as I was not sure what they'd do to it if I did leave it for another day, honestly! Also, they lost a guitar pin on my husband's suit-- one he wore to our wedding in honor of my beloved brother, who passed away 5 years ago and loved music and played the guitar. They made no effort to search for it while I was there and said they'd ask around and call me. Of course, no one did and when I called back to follow up, they had no idea what I was talking about. Ugh! Side note: (and this is in no way a reflection on immigrants in general as I am one myself, but...) they had workers with poor English every time I called and no one else who would be able to speak to me and help me out. Attempting to work out this issue while no one spoke English to me (and whispered amongst themselves with me in front of them) was very frustrating, also.

So, the WORST dry cleaners I've ever had the misfortune to find and I would NOT recommend them--ever. I would give them NO STARS and report them to someone if I could! Hope leaving this review helps someone avoid a similar fiasco, as even having their word and ticket with quoted price does no good... Go somewhere else, people! Save yourself the hassle.. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Dropped off new pants for my wife that shrank by 1.5". In addition, J&S lost a dress shirt I recently purchased at Nordstrom. They never took responsibility or tried to offer some form  of restitution for their loss.
Did business with them for many years, but no longer!

Best cleaners around Glen Ellyn no doubt about it the lady that runs it is so nice that it'll blow your mind excellent for cleaning out stains also
