Sunday evening about 6pm I got a deep-dish pie with pepperoni. It was terrible. We stay at the hi-rise. I was almost going to take it back.  I should have.  We only ate 3 pieces of it.  We used to go to Little Ceasers.  Since they closed we thought we would try J and S.  It was a mistake.

Worst food establishment in the Natrona Heights area. Rude inconsiderate employees and absentee management. I will never get food from here again. Placed an order that was given to another customer before I came to pick it up. I understand that part was mistake. I understand people make mistakes but their lack of remorse and failure to do the kind and decent thing and offer me or my wife any compensation for wasting a half hour of our time on Valentine's day is unacceptable. Upon confronting the employees about this issue I was given a blank look and offered no condolences by management and instead given a sassy attitude by a random girl behind the counter. This kind of customer service is inexcusable and they have lost my business forever. I will be sure to tell all of my friends, family, and co-workers not to give this place business in the future.

Great food with many unique options on the menu.  Some if the best pizza I've had.  Staff was very friendly and helpful

Not bad pizza for the price, but certainly not the best pizza in the area by far.  Only have had delivery though so I can't speak to store cleanliness or staff friendliness.  Probably going to keep looking for a favorite for this area.

I've had a lot of pizza in my life from many places and this is by far the best tasting and best priced pizza I have eaten so far. Every time I'm in the state I have to make at least one detour to stop here. The sauce: cheese: crust ratio is perfect. The sauce is phenomenal, the cheese is delicious, and the crust is perfectly soft and crispy. 
I would recommend this place to anyone who lives within an hour drive. I only wish it were practical for me to visit more often, but 6 1/2 hours is hard to justify just for a pizza. 
Anyone who doesn't like it should stick to Little Caesar's because they obviously have no concept of what makes a good pizza.
