They changed their fries. They were so good before now no one in my house will eat them. Usually end up getting mozzarella sticks. Won't eat the onion rings either. It's just onion paste in a batter. They need to bring back the old fries and start making real onion rings to get me up to 5 stars. I do enjoy the cheesesteaks so it's not all bad

Excellent food. Good prices as well. The food is amazing. I give them that.  BUT as far as cleanliness goes the ceiling is FILTHY and the walls and entire area behind the counter is filthy and greasy/black. Even around the bottom of the front door is gross and disgusting. Between the filth and dirt and the girl behind the counter making my food with the dozens of intravenous drug marks all over her arms...rubbing her runny nose with the glove used to make other people's food....I may just go to the other J's Steaks. Seriously...clean the place up and fire the druggies.

It's not the cleanest place in the world, and it's not cheap.  But oh, my…the cheese steaks.  So delicious.  I've been eating there for more than 30 years, and it's always a delight.

It's good but it's not great.  That is sadly the only way to describe it.

place was dirty and food was gross.  Took my wife and children teeing you share a bit if my childhood and was very disappointed
