One of the best stylists around. My family has been going to Jeff for 30 years now and are always happy. Great at making you feel welcome, great coversationalist, and does a great job.

Jeff and the salon staff are welcoming, accommodating and attentive. I always walk out with a good hair cut. If anyone is looking for a great hair cut place, J Scott is the one.

Yay!  MEGAN did a great job!  I have found the salon and stylist I will stick with for a very long time to come!  Highly recommend this cozy down to earth salon!!!

I was quite nervous going in there. Lately, I have been to couple of 4 plus star places, but the restaurant or the salon was not up to the standard. This is indeed a 5 Star salon. Jeff did a great job in giving me a lob haircut. He knows his work pretty well.

For over 25 years, I have always loved the cuts and the level of service I've consistently gotten at J Scott. As a guy, I'm far more concerned with getting a good cut than paying much attention to the look and location of the salon. I have to admit though, I absolutely love Jeff’s new location and the look of his new digs in Long Grove. The whole town is making a big comeback, with new restaurants, microbreweries and other cool shops opening up all the time.  There’s even a great wine store right above the salon.  Everything is walking distance so there are plenty of choices of things to do in historic Long Grove before or after my hair cuts. I might have to accelerate my haircut frequency from every six weeks down to every four weeks... Congrats on the move, Jeff, and best of success to the new, improved J Scott Salon!!
