USE SOMEONE ELSE, BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS

Jeff or Jared has a bad attitude when it comes to customer service and let's his personal feelings get in the way. 

Originally had them to take care of the electrical upgrade I needed for a clients home but had to cancel it because of a misunderstanding whether or  not they needed it. Called back to make it right and re schedule it with them and they denied service. Jeff or Jared hung up on me saying he didn't want to do the job because cancelled the first apt. Keep in mind we were also trying to pay him more for the mix up
