Now I know this is a supermarket but if you love French toast, pancakes, eggs, bacon, and sausage but don’t want to make it yourself? Stop by j&t, and you won’t be disappointed. I’m a breakfast sandwich person myself and prior to going here I always got a baconeggandcheese. The reason I stopes is because I know get a morning crunch which is a breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, cheese, sausage and a hash brown. Need I say more ?

You can find what you want when you want but not all the time for example bread I bought a double protein bread and a week later I look there was no more I got there every day look no double protein bread. But that's okay 😢😭....... And sometimes they run out of things but that is okay cause if you  ask them they go to the back and give you a different type a bread and say there is n9 more of that type of bread,or milk. But they have great food and I am sure you would love   them.Also if you want they have some Jamacian food for example Ackee and salt fish and they have cereal for the Adults and children and they have food for the babby if you are wondering. If I was you I would go to J & T supermarket 😀😁
