I went in to get my engagement ring resized, and the owner Jim was so very helpful. He took the time and explained the process and had the ring back to me just in time for the Easter holiday. He also explained the process I would need to take for purchasing our wedding bands, and also set fourth possible designs. I highly recommend going to him for all your needs. He has been in the business for a long time and knows what he is doing.

I came to Jim with an idea and he was able to make it a reality. He was able to create a custom engagement ring for us and I was able to use the gold from my great grandmother's ring. Jim was able to provide a unique, honest, and thoughtful service which resulted in an absolutely stunning ring.

I brought my engagement ring in for repair.  One of the stones had come out.  Jim took great care in repairing it.  He reset the stone and the ring looks better than the day I got it.  He also replaced 3 watch batteries for me.  Jim took the time to explain the repair to me in great detail and the price was very fair.  He was a pleasure to deal with and a great conversationalist.  I highly recomend the services of J.W. Cole Jewelry.
