These guys may know a thing or two about their appliances, but they strongly lack in the professionalism department. Perhaps a course in public relations and phone etiquette would be greatly beneficial. 
I may not be a "Property Owner", but simply answering some questions over the phone could have avoided negative word of mouth and referrals to many many property owners who may have needed your service and given you business in the future. It's no wonder everyone buys their appliances from the big name stores like Lowe's and Sears.

If you're looking for an easy sales experience this is not the place. It took numerous calls to have them file for my discounts causing me to wait for my money.  Another series of calls to get my extended warranty paperwork. Yet another series of calls to have my appliance serviced. They asked me to change my delivery date so the repair would be covered under mfg warranty when I paid them for the extended warranty. Don't understand that one.  Most times they won't answer or won't call you back. There are plenty of appliance stores, check them out before you sign onto a stress filled experience.

Would not use them!!!!  They have wasted weeks of my time and came to my house to measure then couldn't get a call back from joe jr. Had to call and speak with joe Sr  who finally called me back and are too busy to provide me with a kitchen.

Bought an Electrolux duo from them. The owner took very good care of us. Definitely would go there again when i need appliances. And as another reviewer points out, they don't push you toward the expensive stuff and they help you with any and all available rebate offers.

I bought a few appliances here, and got good service. Went today to get a washing machine, and was ignored. I'm not going back.
