Best food in Chatfield! Their burgers hit the spot every time. Nicely remodeled, cozy and classy. It'd be an easy five stars if the prices were a bit more reasonable. Still worth the visit!

Pretty bad experience here, which, as I read other reviews, seems consistent with patrons. In short, we waited 70 minutes for our food, with no communication from our server. When we asked, she said it would be 5 more minutes. 20 minutes later, we asked for the manager, who nonchalantly and without any reasonableness to our situation, explained a large party arrived just before us. We told him to get us our bill and we'd be leaving. Suddenly our food arrived. We were very dissatisfied with their attitude about it, especially with a very hungry 4-year-old. Their 'kind' offer to pay for my beer just wasn't sufficient. What made it worse was my interaction with the owner when I contacted her on social media. Attached below is her response, verbatim. You can judge for yourself if you want to support people who act like this. "So sorry you feel in such a manner. My husband, the owner, came in and addressed you as best as we could. We had an unexpected party of 40 show up in our back room, for which you did not understand the fact that we have a small Grill we are a small restaurant small town and we can only accommodate so many people at one time. Sorry that you came in after this group we have to do first in first out we can't jump tickets we can't do favoritism because that would be putting our staff out of line and out of order. Granted you should have been explain this at the time of your seating. If you choose to go ahead and go on all the different social media and blast us, knowing you're a small-business owner respectfully that you would do such a thing, that's your choice. When businesses start out and they have a lot of negativity yes we address it, and again my husband also bought your husband a drink to accommodate for that. Your food came out right after you had spoken with him and were there any issues with your food, from What We Gather you enjoyed the food. I see that you are friends with some of my friends and frankly do as you must, I'm curious what type of small business you own? Have you had any unexpected situations and did someone go all over social media and slander and slash your business? You don't seem like a very nice person and frankly go ahead and do your worst. We keep plugging away and doing our job and we have very many satisfied customers and a great staff to boot! Shame on you for your negativity and your willingness to understand the situation. Sorry that my business got wrapped up in your unhappy day. You were the only person to complain And the fact that you're being very threatful to tell me to steer clear, tells me to definitely that you are a very unhappy person Please steer clear of my business and do not come back through the doors again thank you"

Burgers we're really good. Wait staff was sub par, I walked up and got my own silverware and ketchup from their corner. Salad bar was bare and not refilled. A lot of staff running around doing...???? Took a long time for waitress to refill drinks and check on us. Fastest service we received is when we paid...

Great place to drop in for a beer or have lunch. A co worker and I have stopped here quite a few times, always good service, great refreshment options, and good food. Everytime we have ordered food here its been excellent, besides one thing. Grandma in the kitchen likes to over toast the buns. Its a minor issue, but if you dont like it that way that might be an issue for you. We have meet the owner and even been served by him a few times, always a smiling happy attitude from him and the rest of the staff.
