I purchased a shirt at the Hernando store for my baby boy on 10/26. I realized when I got home that I bought a size too small. Since I live in Memphis, I took to to the Collierville store, where I was told that it's a store policy not to exchange clothes between stores. I was frustrated, but took it along with me the next time I was in Hernando on 11/25. Once I got there, I was told that, in spite of having a receipt, the tags still being on it, the shirt not being holiday apparel, and being an out of town customer, we were out of the two  week window. I merely wanted to exchange, not return the shirt. I'm frustrated and will not be giving either store my business in the future. Clearly the $38 was worth more to them than my future business.
