Wish I could give Zero stars! Never use this lousy company. Talking about the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They do not give any updates on your case, I received a call telling me that I have one week to pay $183 after they came to conclusion on my ticket. They knew this back in March? here we are almost in June...  How many years does it take to get a law degree? I could probably do better than these jokers using google and going to the courtroom by myself!

I was pulled over for going 81 in a 45.  I wasn't eligible for defensive driving so my options were limited unless I paid the fine.  I found Jack's website and filled out the questionnaire.  I received a prompt response and no promises were made about results, but they would visit the court on my behalf.  It took a few months, but they were able to get me 90 days probation and the ticket was dismissed.  The communication was excellent and prompt. I highly recommend their services!

I calld TVC to find me a lawyer for a traffic violation going 80 in a 60 they found me Jack Byno he went to court for me and got the case dismissed no fines no court cost no nothing his a very good man he did a great job thank you
