Good selection of slot machines. Convenient to downtown and I-71. The ambience is not so great - the ""Jack" character is annoying, ugly decor, and they really really need to clean this place more thoroughly. And they need to watch the floor more closely... I never had a problem with other customers when it was boring old Horseshoe, now I've had a few people acting sketchy watching me at cash-out or chatting me up to ask for money.

We like this Casino with the exception of the long drive. JACK formerly known as" Horseshoe Cincinnati" is always busy and well staffed. " JACK" is a non- smoking Casino and it's great to be able to play and not have to smell and breathe second hand smoke. They did build a" smoking" area complete with slots for the smoker. 
"JACK" offers up a ton of slots and a lot of gaming tables. Something for everyone. There are restaurant's , a gift shop, buffet, and best of all....you can order drinks right from the slot machines! Awesome.

I was at Jack a few months ago. Had a good time. Nice atmosphere, nice employees.  Good selection of machines. Didnt get around to the tables. Will definitely be heading back.

It's a convenient service hub for a meal around the Bus station if you have a long time waiting for a bus and don't wanna take a vehicle to find a restaurant. Also, a Starbucks is in operating here. It's up to you how much and whether you intend to gamble. It's clean, luxurious and spectacular,  but the water temperature from some water taps vary apparently and that makes washing uncomfortable.

Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they gave me a free T-shirt. I've been to casinos all around the United States and this was by far one of the worst. I only recommend Jack's Casino if you're in search of a free T-shirt that's only available in sizes Large, XL, and XXL. If not, go elsewhere.
