If i could choose no stars i would have. Rude and they dont give you your change back. When I called the lady was rude and told me she didnt know. I asked dont your workers have to count out the till? She said no then ya and i said "wow" really. I also told her (the manager) she had dishonest workers that are stealing from there customers. The customer is always right and companies have forgotten this. Dont eat there go somewhere else you will be happy you did and you wont be short changed.

If i could rate it no stars I would i spent $41.58 an bought 30 tacos plus other stuff an only get 12 packets of hot sause what a joke I'm feeding 12 adults an the all are suppose to get one sause each I mean come on now one sause per taco would of been nice at least now I gotta make a drive back also had to park an wait 14mins for our order

So we were hungry and it was super early in the morning. Not too many places open 24/7. We came to this Jack-in-theBox. The drive through guy was super nice but I will say we were short changed when it came to their chicken strips. They considered a quarter sized chicken piece to be a "strip". $5 for thin not even 4 piece chicken strips that you don't even get a full 4 pieces!! Will never be back. And we go to Pismo quite often. Not worth the money.

On Monday October the 16th at 7:30pm I tried to to order a meal through the drive through and one of the female employees was VERY rude and unprofessional when I tried to pay with my card and she did not accept my card because it was slightly bent and told me that she could not take the card in a RUDE way and I mentioned to her that it works everywhere and that she can even type it manually if there was a problem so she did not take my order and did not accept my card so I got off and told her to try another machine and she refused to do it so I bought something at Chevron and went back to tried to order a Munchy meal and she said that the price went up and that it would be 10$ so I told her I don't care and I wanted to make a point that she was unprofessional and unfit to work at customer service and if I was the manager I would fire her in a second because you don't treat customers like that and because of it I don't recommend this Jack and the Box to family and friends I will give this Jack-in-the-Box👎👎👎💩💩💩 I will be talking to corporate about this

It was very well kept. Service was fast, food was fresh, Delicious.
