My food order was prompt, accurate, value priced and tasty. The dinning area in this restaurant is small.

We waited at the window for over 20 mins for them to tell us that they didn't have the grilled chicken we ordered. You couldn't tell us when we ordered that you didn't have chicken??? And the tea tasted like it had been sitting out for days! What made it worse is we had our children in the car wanting to eat because it was dinner time. 30 mins for fast food?? You guys definitely took the fast out of fast food. We will never return to Jack in the Box in Belton, TX.

The customer service is good yet the soda machine and the insise area needed some cleaning. All in all I would come back again to eat here!!

The food was amazing. My only concern was I stood at the counter before they could decided who was going to take my order. The food was fresh and hot. I really enjoyed it. The soda machine how ever seems to lack most of their drinks and flavors. I love cherry rootbeer but they had neither. Y'all should try the monster back tacos. They're amazing.

This place is so cold even the employees was freezing. They dont have any control over it. The cooperate office needs to eat and work here
