Drive through. Was very slow. Ended up turning off motor while waiting. Did not get a smile. Ordered two burgers. The bag contained no napkins. My change was short a nickel. Pretty much normal service experience I come to expect these days.

I love Jackinthebox but not this location. I stopped going here a few months back because they always claim their system is down, restarting, or whatever excuse between 1am and 5am. Lazy staff and they are seen smoking outside when I drove around.

New ribeye burger was not freshly made and smaller than a cheap burger. Large fries not filled all the way and just crumbs. I would not recommend anyone eat at this establishment. No napkins or receipt in bag. This place needs new management.

I have lived in this neighborhood for over 3 years and visit this place often,  more at night then day. Ive seen them go through numerous night staff and 98% of them are insufficient and lack 100% customer service.whe ive had a few bad experiences, Tonights experience was my final straw!  They claim to have had system down and normally when this happens no orders can be taken.. They took our order,we did not recieve all our food, was over charged and NO RECEIPT was offered..Arturo was manager on duty and had NO control over his employees. They were rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate. I will NEVER on purpose visit this establishment and I suggest no one else either. Stealing money and not being held accountable. I waited for police for 30 minutes and no response.. NEVER GO HERE!!!
