This is a good location. Lived nearby for 3 years and 95% of employees are actually good at what they do. Surprising for a fast food place. Very few mixups in that time, but there were a few. Food comes out looking better than you'd find at most other fast food places. Also, it's open 24/7 so that's always a plus.

Just had the best experience at this fast food restaurant. I don't eat fast food much and this is probably the best I've ever been treated at a Jack in the box. Coleen was so kind and even gave us a sample of their newest drink. She gave us great suggestions when we asked. If I could compliment anything though, it was her infectious happiness! I love people with great attitudes about their lives no matter the industry they are in. It was refreshing to see someone so happy at a fast food restaurant.

Customer service was awesome. the girl was so friendly. The food was hot and fresh and it was fast. I can't wait to go back.

I'm a loyal Jack in the Box customer but in the last few months my order has not been correct and today I ordered a jack's spicy chicken sandwich with no cheese and I ended up getting an almost burnt chicken patty with nothing else other than a questionable slice of tomato... I think I'm going to have to give up Jack in the Box.... I've been patient but am seriously consistently disappointed ... this is the location at I-70 and Kipling

MOST of the time they have great food but sometimes it will barely be warm or it will be messy. Usually there's a pretty long wait for your food as well, at least for fast food. The staff here can be very rude as well. I'd go to a different location.
