This review is based on customer service and if I could give zero stars I would. I went to get lunch today and I guess the person in the drive thru couldn't hear what I was ordering so they asked about 3 times to repeat it. It was One thing. Regardless, they told me to pull up to the window because they couldn't hear me. I did so, and no one was even there! After waiting a while a woman came to the back from the door to their lobby. Instead of coming to the window to assist me, she just kept giving me a rude look. At this point I was very frustrated and just drove off because I was obviously not getting service there. I will never go there again.

Staff was friendly , my food was good but husband was served a cold sour dough burger. He tried to eat but cold hamburger doesn't taste too good. Would have complained but anymore you wonder what  they would have done to the food when you make them mad. So just ate fries

I wish I could've given less stars. Walked in and it took the staff 10 minutes to even acknowledge us (the restaurant was completely empty) then the man that took our order was utterly rude. Out of the supposed 100 drink options only 2 worked, Sprite Zero and diet root beer. Finally after waiting 30 minutes on our food it was wrong. My suggestion? Fire everyone and start over.

Sometimes they are quick sometimes their very slow and unhelpful.. But I love the food when it's fresh and made correctly..
