My 1st time eating at a Jack in the Box and it's just your typical fast food place. Nice location close to the beach, outdoor seating. The burgers we got had a strange color and it kinda smelled bad inside.

This place was at a convenient location just a few minutes from Beach Aliso. The staff seemed to be on top of everything and the food was prepared quickly.  It was hot,  fresh,  and well portioned.  The only reason for a low star rating is because the unisex bathrooms were utterly disgusting.  We had to stop at another place for my daughter to relieve herself.  Other than that,  the covered outdoor seating made this place stand out from ther others.

Horrible customer service! Order wrong and it was a nightmare to get it fixed.  Drive through orders are always missing something includingthe basic utensils&napkins, ketchup, etc. COLD FOOD! 
 When talked to manager about our issues time&time again she was not helpful or concerned at all.   Definitely do not recommend this location.

Went to bathroom inside it was nice and clean. Then drove thru drive thru to get food. Had a LARGE order, almost 50bucks worth and they got the order 100%correct! Would stop here again.

The only place in laguna to grab an after-hours bite. Sometimes the workers like to turn all the lights off and take a break. I can't blame them though after dealing with all drunk entitled dbag locals late at night.
