Alright Silverdale Jack in the Box... Seriously get yo sh** together. 
My boyfriend and I when through the drive through Halloween night and when I gave my card to the guy in the window he took longer than it would take to swipe my card then handed it back all sus. The next day while I was at work I got a notification from my online banking app that a $15 charge was just made at the Silverdale Jack in the Box even though I had my card in my hand. I was pissed. I knew exactly what happened and that jerk was trying out my card number at work before he went and used it online. I had just gotten paid that day and needed to pay bills and buy groceries but no. I had to ask for a break at work and cancel my card and freeze my account. I then called the Jack in the Box district manager Joey something and he said him to send him an email of all the info I had so I did and asked to be updated and he said he’d call me back and surprise, no call. I ended up having to go into my bank when they opened and file a report and they asked if I could go down the street to the police station and file a card theft report. I did and finally got my money back but still never heard anything back from Silverdale Jack in the Box. I’m writing this cause I’m guessing that jerk still has a job there and so if you have to go there be wary and pay with cash.

This location (by Kitsap Mall) has the slowest drive thru of any Jack in the Box I've been to, but at least my order is always accurate.

Typical JitB with a new manager trying to make it work. I had some housekeeping  concerns but she addressed them immediately.

Consistently slow service. I have timed the wait in the drive-thru before and once it was 20 minutes from ordering to being handed my food. Just absurd. Gave the extra star because the food is also par for Jack in the Box and that predictability is helpful.
