I was waiting in line and a customer came to pick up his order.  He stated that part of his order was missing.  The guy at the register took another person's order then asked if he could help me.  I said that he could assist the gentleman who said he was missing part of his order.  They went back and forth a couple of times.  The person behind the counter and walked away.  I stood there for about three minutes and then left.  Unsatisfactory service which left a bad taste in my mouth.  Probably will not visit Jack In the Box again.

The speaker box wasn't working so we had to wait in a line of cars before we could give the lady or order... we were stuck sandwiched  in between cars so there was no way to back out. It was a bit of an inconvenience sense we were running late. The food was nice and hot...

Handy location and nice helpful employees. My sandwich was exactly the way I like it. Not the greatest neighborhood.

I  can only talk about the one on Hesperian Blvd. Not any other, there not all equal. I Love the # 5 I always ask for it hot and cut in half Double Cheese with the works YUMMY🤗🙃😁
