The bun was still and they didn't have any dr. pepper or maybe they just didn't feel like refilling it. The coke tasted funky but not bad just not like it should taste. The lady who was working there did give really great customer service and was on her job steady and I give her 5 stars!

Every time I try to hit their 
Drive thru past 11pm it takes at least 10min for someone to acknowledge I'm there and with so many other options within a stone's throw... I always end up spending my $$$ somewhere else. Such a pity as I remember enjoying JIB back home...

I visited this location on 11/01/2017 and it was my best experience at a Jack in the Box. Alvin confirmed my order twice and even checked my bag before handing me my order! I was greeted with a smiling employee that was eager to please their customer. Lunch was hot and delicious.

My family came through the drive thru this past Saturday night. February 3 and spent $60 worth of food, when we got home our fries were old and were not even halfway filled. The burgers were good, but literally everything fried was just trash. It's just upsetting when you are expecting fresh fries and instead get old fries, that aren't even filled all the way. And I also heard one of the employees tell my daughter, "why did you have to order a shi* ton of food." And he seemed very annoyed with our order because it was a large one. I think his name was Devin, from what I saw on his name tag. But really, that is just so rude!! How could you talk to a customer like that???? We just came through to get food for our friends that were visiting from out of town. And we come home to bring them old food! Our family friend Nur said that it was the worst food he had from a Jack in the box, we felt so bad. So what I got from my visit at this Jack in the box in Buda is that their employees have terrible customer service and that the employees obviously do not care to give out quality food.
