Went there for the new Chalua Burger and Fries.  Paid almost 50 bucks for me and my family only for them to turn around and tell me they ran out of Chalua sauce and the manager was had ran to the bank and I would have to wait for the manager for the problem to be fixed. So we waited. Sat down and let my family start eating. The manager never showed up and my food was never fixed. Paid 12 bucks for something that I didn't get to get. Ended up leaving because we were trying to make it to the zoo......smdh

Only 2 people working waited 20+ to receive my food.... Poor scheduling and management skills...... 1/24/2018 The manger Bonnie was very rude and confrontational she refused to give me her boss name and proceeded to argue with me I am an employee at another Jack in the box and we do treat our customers the way she treat me I will not return and I will continue to complain about this location until something changes

First time and last time  , this place has bad customer service specially the cashier, if I don’t eat bacon is it a big deal !!?, she gave attitude ones i asked her about one of the sandwich if it’s had bacon.
I even said thank you and she just looked me with no facial expression of you are welcome

It's a shame that they are slacking. This was a great place.  Well atleast last week they were still good. I hope it was just the crew. My order was correct but everything I ordered was old the fries were rubbery and stale the burger was cold, the bun was hard as a rock. Again I hope it was just the morning crew that were not on their "A" game. Because this place is usually good.
