Our family loves the food at jack in the box, however this jack in the box almost always never gets the orders right so we don’t hardly go there anymore.  This morning my husband grabbed the family breakfast before heading out to work in the field. He ordered 6 breakfast sandwiches, and 2 breakfast platters, which had no pancakes in it. Geez!  Always something with this store!

Iv seen them tell 4 different cars in front of me plus me that they cannot take our orders because they where "cleaning" the grill. I figured I would go to the walgreens across the street and kill some time. I then see 2 jack in the box employees enter right behind me and get snacks and drinks. The amount of cares in this store that is given is laughable. Do not go there past 9. Oh and all the night crew are either family or come from another failed store because it seems they all got each other's back. Also iv left 2 reports with the jack in the box website and have left both my work number and personal number and NO ONE has got in contact me. If your paying people to just stand around in the store I would love a application.

Waited in line for 30 minutes. Girl at the windows never spoke a word just stick her hand out for my card then stuck the bags out of the window. Then I waited 10 more minutes for my drinks. Food was cold, over cooked, and stale. Our large order of stuffed jalapeños came with only 5 when that’s not even an option for quantity. Will NEVER return.

Y’all gotta decide if you want this money at night. I took my last review down to leave another worse review. Every time I go here at night either no one answers the drive thru, they say the grills are down, and my new favorite they say you can only order on the app, but the hours are only posted till midnight so you can’t order. Just save your time and go to whattaburger.

I don't know what kind of employees you guys hire. But everytime I have ordered anything from this location it's always wrong. This location has gone down the drain. Tell them no pickles, Theres extra, no lettuce, you get something else you didn't ask for. Stop hiring shoe makers to make food.

I have always received good and hot food from this location.. however this morning I wanted a ice coffee. So I get to the window and the young lady who was nice handed me my ice coffee with no ice in it at all.. so I asked her to please put some ice in . So she takes it and then hands it back to me and it still did not have any ice in it... The young lady was nice and all but when someone orders a ice coffee would y'all please put ice in the coffee...

Their side salad is beautiful . Best Jack in the box we been to in a long time. The lady running the drive through was savage too! She was running,taking orders and just polite and helpful!. They forgot our tiny tacos so we went in. The food we ordered was amazing so we ordered for our parents as well. The gentleman behind the counter was just as amazing as the women in the drive thru!

November 21, 9:50pm Girl dayana at the window had an horrible attitude while serving me what i had asked for which she got wrong the first time. Not going back again don't recommend going at night

Very disappointed with service we order a soar dough no chicken two double cheeseburger with no must the both had May ketchup when I told them about the sourdough with no chicken they laughed all the girl crew that was there I paid 40. Dlls worth of food didn't appreciate any of it the food was being made and I had to tell the again with now mustard the employee threw the food away and started again ...I will never go back there ....... Customer service is everything .......
