I spent 28 dollars on 2 combo meals. My chicken sandwich was soggy and my mom’s burger was literally cold as were the fries. When I tried calling back to discuss this issue with the manager, no one answered. This was at around 1pm on Saturday afternoon and it was not busy at all. In fact, I’m quite sure that we got our food so quickly because they took it out of the refrigerator and threw it in a bag instead of making fresh food. This is outrageous. I work hard for my money and to get stale food is completely unacceptable. I will NEVER go to this location again. Awful!

I was biting into the now middle part of the egg roll and it had folded up paper in the middle of it, made me throw out my whole meal because I was disgusted.  The WHOLE order was already an unbelievable price of 53 dollars for 3 meals but to have 2 pieces of paper folded up and put in the middle of my food? Call going into Corp. because this is gross.

Horrible store. We waited for almost 5 minutes to place an order. No one ever came to the counter, the only person we saw was a worker sitting at a table. Worst service ever. We will discourage others from going there. 4:10 pm on 7/24/24 No one else in the restaurant.  TERRIBLE SERVICE

Rudest Drive-through attendant ever. Hope he learns customer service skills And how to speak to human beings. Get some sleep, bro

I went thru drive thru at12:05 PM.  The woman running drive thru has zero customer service skills. Extremely rude! She would cut me off mid way through my order. Than she shoved the bag into my car!Food: 2/5

We used to love coming here until last year when every single time something would be messed up in our order so we haven't gone in a while. Tonight we chose to give this place another chance and guess what? Our order was missing something! I want corporate or someone to reach out to make this right because this is ridiculous, when you get drive thru food you expect to get EVERYTHING YOU PAID FOR! Make this right Jack In The Box this is unacceptable!

This is how I received my new Cluck Combo special. It isn't even a full chicken breast. It was thrown into the bag and it is a complete mess. I had to ask for the side sauce I requested before getting to the window since they forgot. The employees were not wearing gloves and one of the employees hands were absolutely filthy. They also hardly acknowledged me when I spoke to them. Too busy trying to do other things which is understandable but not when you receive this disaster. I would have went back to get a refund but by the time I discovered this and thought of their dirty hands it just wasn't worth it. I threw it out.

Overpriced. Overpriced. OVERPRICED. I feel like this right here shouldn’t be almost FIFTEEN DOLLARS

Have only been to one other location before and wasn't impressed.  This one was slightly better but... I think we were the only ones in the place.  I had told the gal at the counter of my previous experience and hoped it would be better. First thing was the washroom, no paper towels. Next, we ordered and food was ready before we left the counter...so much for them saying everything is prepared when you order it. Next, the seating area had paper and food under a couple of tables, so conducive to feeling like the place is clean and sanitary. Second visit  still not making me want to come back
