I have not been to a Jack in the Box in at least 5 years and was looking forward to a Sourdough Jack!  As I walked into the lobby, I noticed the floors were extremely slick and slipped several times.  Someone get a dehumidifier at this location!  Try using the urinal with slick floors and see if you start doing the splits!  Bathroom was also missing paper towerls. Aside from the slick floors, I was surprised at the poor quality of the food.  Sourdough jack was not as good as I remembered.  Seems like it was soggy.  This location has ruined Jack and the box for me and may never visit another one again :

We were the 4th car in line at 630pm and our food was completely cold. How does that happen, being 4th car in line during dinner time? Here's a picture of my Food Poison Sourdough Burger. Took one bite and the taste and horrible smell had all of our food going down the trash. My sourdough was past its due date and spoiled, and my family will never return but if you get the sourdough burger you might want to check how is made first. My recommendation is to not come to jack in the box and throw $40 down because then we had to go figure out something else and now dinner had cost us $80.

I just ordered the most ridiculously expensive bacon cheeseburger they had and specifically requested no mayonnaise. Got home to find this: no bacon on the burger and EXTRA mayonnaise, 3 layers of it. Are you kidding me? The dude at the window was pretty rude too. Never going back here!

3 employees and it took 20 minutes in the drive thru to get my order. One guy rubbed his beard over a bag of food. Luckily it was not my food. I got the #4 combo cheeseburger and fries and diet fanta. Food was good. But the dirty looking counters and uniforms of the worn workers turned my stomach. I love $1.49 tacos at jack n box but it's a no for me.

This place has a little bit of everything and makes me sad there's not one closer to home.  The prices are reasonable and the service was indeed prompt.  The food was real good and can't wait to come back to try the next thing on the menu.

The dining room was dirty and didn't look like anyone cared.  Fries were cold to no surprise. The burger just tasted a little off.  The texture was rubbery. It wasn't the worst experience but not very good!Food: 2/5

Kind of hidden from the road, in front of Blessing Abound. Don't know about dining room access, was only interested in drive-thru. Service spaced out the car waiting times, by asking for you to wait on ordering. So worth the wait though, those fries were hot and the the food was made the way we asked. Thank you.

My only complaint is that I wish they did something like mcdonald's does where if someone has a large order they can pull ahead and let the cars behind them get their order.  There was a car in front of me who ordered for a whole family. Not a huge deal, except I waited almost 15 minutes while the 4 bags of food were handed to them while I'm fairly certain my order of just 2 items was done within minutes.

Closed almost a half hour before the hours posted on Google 10pm and over two hours before the hours listed on the building midnight or later. I understand they are probably short staffed like every other business but you need to adjust your hours and inform your customers in some way phone message, social media, website, etc.

Terrible experience at this Jack in the Box. Could hearvthe cars in front of me in drive thru being rushed and treated rudely. I got up to window and heard the same lady that was taking orders yelling and complaining about me changing my order, when she took it wrong. I ordered 4 tacos n a drink NOT 15 tacos and a drink. She was yelling that the stupid customer me changed my order. I asked to speak to manager only to find out that she is the manager of the store. Apparently alot of people are being treated this way by her, and cooperate has done nothing about it.
