This is a good location to eat from if in the area. My food was fresh and cooked just as ordered. The freshness actually enhanced my eating experience making the food some of the best I ever had from a jack in the box.Food: 5/5
The drive thru was great. Staff were nice and took care of us quickly. The foos was hot and did not feel like it had been sitting out like at other restaurants. Great for a late night snack!Food: 5/5
I'm actually here right now. Enjoying their new frozen hot cocoa shake. I'm a fan I recommend it accompanying the shake is an order of their jalapeno poppers. That's how I roll on a Saturday afternoonFood: 4/5
The workers here are lazy. The hours posted states the lobby is open until 10pm. I showed up at 835 and the doors were locked. They mouthed to me that they are close. Now, I walked here to get food and they are clearly not closed. I walk around to the drive thru mic and try to order. Nothing. I go to the drive thru window and ask to place an order and they tell me they don't have enough people so they are closed and since I do not have a car, they won't take my order. There are 3 employees there. No one is in the lobby, of course, it's locked. One car, containing a family, came through the drive thru while I was at the window asking for service, and they returned service. Other than that, there were no customers in sight. Everyone on staff should be fired; the shift lead, at the least. Horrible customer service and work ethic.
Service was extremely slow. My nephew even asked if we needed to get someone's attention to help us. They also give you a number to place at your table, yet offer no table service.
Food is decent as expected, the service was Great and my food ordered asking for some extra this and not that was perfect. Open late, a good point!Food: 4/5
The drive through gal was friendly, but she crammed all my food into a tiny bag, causing it to rip when I took it and spilling curly fries all over my car. Also, the chicken fingers were burnt. This was my first time here. I will possibly give another chance.
Monster tacos a rip off asked for half no lettuce got all of them no lettuce was missing almost all the meat on one. Had to say my order multiple times because lady couldn't hear me.
Perhaps it was a bad day but regardless, they got our order all wrong. We went back to replace the fries with curly ones and then realized at home that we got the wrong soda! Not fun...
Phone number does not work! They messed up my order this is the second time even after I confirmed with them at the drive through window what I ordered.
