I ordered through the app for drive-thru pick up. I got to the restaurant, and the lady working the drive thru asked if it was a Dash order. I told her no, I ordered it through the Jack app. I was then told it wasn't ready and to come in to get the order. I told them it's for drive-thru pick up, so I'll drive back through in 10 minutes. While I'm sitting in the parking lot the drive thru lady comes to my car and says that she'll bring it out to me so I wait another 10 minutes before I go back through the drive thru. I asked for the status of the order, and they told me they didn't see an order for me and to drive to the window. When I get to the window the same drive thru lady that said she'd bring it out tells me that they must've given to someone else and I would have to come in to speak to a manager. I told her that I ordered a drive-thru pickup for a reason, and I'd like to not go in, so she disappeared and came back and told me the same thing. I went inside, and the manager said they gave my order to someone else, but they're making it again. After asking me several times what all was on the order, I finally get it with no offer for a voucher or discount or anything besides "Sorry" for making me wait 45 minutes for what should have been a 10 minute experience. Not to mention they didn't give me a drink carrier, so they just watched me juggle the drinks and bags to my car. I use fast food apps too often to ever come back to this location.
I did an online order today, July 8th at 2:22 p.m. as I usually would, I pulled into the drive-thru waited 10 minutes and the single car in front of me didn't even order. I decided to go inside then continued to wait another 20 minutes and they served only one person at the register. Then i finally get tired and start getting louder so someone would serve me. Informed them when I ordered my food and then finally got it. I talked to the manager she said it happens every day. I have ordered and shortest wait time for mobile order was 30 min. Today it took 1 hour to receive my COLD and stale food. I ask for store manager and the manager gave me the number to Baylor Scott and white hospital instead of DONNA the store manager. This place is horrible to order food 90 percent of the time.... WARNING do not go unless you plan to wait a long time.
Beware!! I ordered a jumbo jack last night that had moldy tomatoes in it!! Please always check your food especially at this location. Avoid this place like the plague. I have made complaints with the health dept. and their corporate office.
When I handed my food, the fries were just dumped into the bag, the burger was thrown together lop sided and condiments ever where. My shake was to have no whip cream and keep the cherry. He did it backwards, giving me the whip cream and no cherry.Food: 3/5
Customer service and price-five stars. It was prompt, friendly, no issues. Price was right. Nice and cheap. Although, curly fries are extra. Drive thru/food wait time-five stars. Literally took about three to four minutes to get curly fries and bacon melt. Food-one star. bacon isn't real bacon! It's the microwaveable bacon. See pics. It broke my heart. I was looking forward to crunchy bacon. Instead I got flimsy, thin, fake bacon. I also had to remove the tomatos because they were too soft, over ripe. Didn't taste good. This just made the burger/melt taste soggy. Definitely not what I was going for, at all. At least the curly fries were good.
Horrible! Went through the drive thru around 9:45pm on August 29 2023. Saw food on the counters and on the floors. Drive thru employee picked up a broom and halfway started to sweep the floor and then went to grab my drink without washing his hands. He grabbed my drink knowing my drink knew that soda machine didn’t have carbonation in it was flat because he added ice on top of a full cup a of soda. Instead of adding the ice first then the soda. But I didn’t drink it because he didn’t wash his hands after sweeping the floor. Then he turned around and his pants were sagging. He then told me to move me vehicle to the front of the store because he saw that I was looking at the restaurant through the drive thru window and I was getting ready to take pictures of the uncleanliness.Then the drive thru employee brought my food and I said my drink was flat and he said “dang, what do you want”. At this time I’m frustrated. So I checked my sandwich and asked him what is wrong with my sandwich and he told me he didn’t know what was wrong with it and he is not the griller. The drive thru employee touched my sandwich and then asked me if I wanted a full refund. And he laughed said “there is no one here to give me a refund”. And continue to say that the “restaurant is always nasty and there’s nothing that they can do about it. So I should never come back”. And don’t worry about how he wears his pants.
I don't understand they pull you forward with no cars in the Drive-Thru and they make you sit there for 10 minutes literally it's fast food somebody please let them know 8 minutes 10 minutes not fair why do they pull you forward and make you wait poor serviceService: 1/5
Worst experience I've ever had in a LOOONG. Quita was inital window attendant. Ordered three meals. Was just missing one fry but instead of just giving the order she sent the guymalik. We asked to "swear on your mother" thought initially he was just joking but preceeded to basically say we were lyingwithout just saying he thought we were lying. Extremely rude for no reason. Offered to give him the ordered all back but wouldn't take the bags. seems small but it was principle of the matter. Spend $40 and I wish I could have just got my money back but I doubt they would have refunded the order.
Worst Jack in the Box experience I’ve ever had. My Chicken Sandwich had visible Mold on the bread and I almost ate it. Also, the women at the window asked me if I wanted ketchup and taco sauce and I said I wanted taco sauce and ranch. Of course neither were in the bag, just a terrible place and now I feel sick.
This is the saddest munchie box I've ever gotten. Considering that my second worst burger and floppy tacos came from this location too, I shouldn't have been surprised. Please keep your food consistent, regardless of the shifts.
