Late night drive thru is horrible. Would give 0 stars if I could. Open up my sandwich to plain white bread and a cold patty. Get in line and wait 20 mins just for them to tell me the toaster is broke. The lady at window barely speaks English and the cook is vaping at the window touching the bread with no gloves on. Asking me if this bread is good enough. Speaking to each other in another language. When I ask for a refund they act like they couldn’t understand me. Never again will I return. Waste of $12 dollars

When we get dinner for the family from this Jack we usually get fairly good food, but as you can see this wasn’t one of those times  the toppings were all over the sides of the tacosFood: 1/5

The intercom over drive-through doesn’t work very well and you almost have to drive up to the window to even order. It took a very long time to get my food in. This wasn’t the first time either, every time I’ve gone here it always takes almost 15 minutes to get my food. I will not be returning to this Jack-in-the-Box anymore. It’s definitely fallen off on it customer service, and quality.

Drive thru is ridiculous, ordered a shake and fries,through the window I saw they made the shake immediately, then waited for about 15 minutes for the person infront of me to get their order, all while my shake sat their. They wanted to give a cup of milk when I got up to the window. I just drove away.Service: 1/5

Just bought a $10 ranch chicken combo with curly fries but did not get the sandwich. Instead what I got was $3 breakfast sandwich. Im always nice but this location never gets it right. I’m done! Gotta drive a little further to get to one that can get orders correct and never runs out of fountain drinks… I’d rather tho!

I love this place so much. Genuinely the sweet cream coffees here are my favorite coffee from anywhere. I don’t understand why Jack in the Box has the best coffee in Houston but they 100% do. I also love the curly fries and sandwiches, but I come here for just the coffee a lot. I hope y’all know you make my day every time I come through the drive through! Love and light you all deserve raises.

Very unprofessional night staff. Loud profanity music blasting out of the drive thru. I thought this was a place of business. And the icing on the cake was the rude service and attitude.Food: 2/5

Obvious language barriers. Super rude lady called me a liar about what kind of fries I asked for. Also messed up my sandwich. Crazy.Food: 3/5

Possibly ONE slice of bacon on my “BACON” Ultimate Cheeseburger. Now I understand why the drive-through was empty! SMH
