First time going to this location.  Went through drive-thru and had an order with the use of coupons. The staff was willing to sort out my misunderstandings but became impatient quickly. At the time I pulled up there was no one behind me waiting and when other customers did come they waited at the max 5 minutes because I wasn't even there for very long. The manager came to the window and didn't sort anything out, she didn't even address me, she was very rude, unprofessional and irritated over a minor misunderstanding that was partially on their end.  My food was cold, most of it was fallen out of the bag and I had an extra empty fry box.  Very unprofessional manager and staff, need to learn patient and be retrained.  I understand this is a FAST food chain but it is also a customer service based establishment.  The situation could've been handled better, I will not return to this location.

It was okay, the dinning room needed someone to clean it up. You can only use the bathroom after you order something, which is odd, but maybe they have problems with homeless people or something.

Same ol sh** but crazy high prices. 12 bucks for four chicken strips and a medium curly fries. Ouch!

Everything here is great except for one thing:  The late-night drive-thru cashier - I believe his name is Zack.  Absolutely awful.  I've come through at least a dozen times, and every single time he has had a tone of voice which just makes you feel unwelcome, as though you're nothing more than an annoyance to him.  Not just me, either.  I hear him speak in the same disrespectful tone to everyone in front and behind me in line as well.  Not only that, but he has repeatedly gotten my order wrong.  

This "man" has absolutely no business interacting with paying customers, who are the reason he at least has the job he apparently hates so much but is unwilling to do anything to get out of.  Hands down the absolute WORST customer service I've ever seen, every single time.  I will not be returning here due 100% to his terrible attitude.

I love Jack in the Box, however this locations has chosen to lock there bathroom doors. When a business does that I refuse to support them. There are expectations that I have of public business and that is to have public unlocked bathrooms.
